They're installing "rat boxes" to help catch offenders:
  • MV: El Camino at Grant, Castro, Shoreline, El Monte
  • MV: Central at Rengstorff
  • PA: Middlefield at San Antonio, University
The fine starts at $336. Think how many Twinkies you could buy with that.
